Is installation difficult?
No. Floor and table lamps plug in, and the pendants come with a mount that fits any standard ceiling box. A licensed electrician is recommended for hard-wiring.

Do the lights work offline?
Yes. Schedules, scenes and dimming all run locally on the hub.

What is tunable white?
The ability to move the light from a warm candle glow (1,800 K) to a cool daylight (4,000 K) through the day.

How long do the bulbs last?
Rated for 25,000 hours, or about eleven years at four hours a night.

What is your returns policy?
Return anything within sixty days for a full refund.
